Bodywork

Bodywork sessions are led by a thoughtful, intuitive, and grounded approach. Each treatment is derived from a place of deep listening, allowing the body to guide the session. What the body needs in each moment is unique and together we tap into stillness to allow for the inherent wisdom of the body to speak. We can focus on your needs the day we meet as well as long term goals and conditions. Sessions open the space for release, unwinding, and deep relaxation. Each session integrates elements of deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxation, energy work, and craniosacral therapy. Handcrafted herbal oils made in my personal apothecary are used to deepen the experience and harness the wisdom of the plant realm.
