my story…

I have spent the past decade immersed in study of the healing arts and working with bodies. It all began in 2012 with Be the Love yoga teacher training, and becoming a certified Reiki practitioner during that time. In 2016 I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts and began my path as a licensed massage therapist. I have furthered my study of bodywork with additional training in myofascial release, integrative bodywork for the female pelvis, prenatal bodywork, and biodynamic craniosacral therapy and massage. I have studied birth work with Carrie Kenner and completed Sacred Doula Training in 2018. Expanding upon my lifelong passion of working with plants, I have studied herbalism extensively with the Elderberry School of Botanical Medicine and completed training in Advanced Clinical Herbalism in 2019.
