Bodywork
Bodywork sessions are led by a thoughtful, intuitive, and grounded approach. Each treatment is derived from a place of deep listening, allowing the body to guide the session. What each body needs is different and together we tap into the space that allows for the inherent wisdom of your unique body to speak. We can focus on your needs the day we meet as well as long term goals and conditions. Sessions open the space for release, unwinding, and deep relaxation. Sessions integrate therapeutic bodywork, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and Reiki.

90 minute session $155.00
120 minute session $220.00
Outcall sessions are available upon request. Please contact me directly to schedule an outcall session. Travel fees are based upon distance from Hood River.
Travel Fee: 0-25 miles $100.00
25-40 miles $165.00
Bodywork sessions are by appointment only. Please email, text, or call to schedule an appointment. Online scheduling is available for my Hood River location.
